Returns

We want you to love your handbag, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation is fine).

To begin a return, please contact us at Returns&Refunds@handybags.store  .Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • For non-defective items, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are also welcome to return items at their own expense using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the damage or error

No need to return the damaged item. Once we review your email, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If this happens:

  • We may be able to resend the item if you cover the new shipping cost.
  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address input.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas Sales are eligible for an extended 60-day return window.
